We were the first reseller in the country authorized to carry the entire line of Carestream products, ranging from PACS to RIS, digital radiography, CR, film printers and more. Our DICOM expertise allows us to design and implement a digital radiology network that meets the needs of your facility, while integrating it with your hospital network and the public Internet. We act as the prime contractor for complex multi-vendor radiology network implementations and eleminate "finger pointing"t hat goes on when deal directly with a variety of vendors.

Services

Unlike many x-ray dealers, InTelemed specializes in digital radiology network and DICOM. Because of our extensive networking background, we can help you design and implement both your radiology and hospital network. When you have trouble integrating a particular modality - regardless of the vendor - we can help do testing and troubleshooting and normally fix the problem. For example, our engineers are able to connect to your network and decode the packets flying along with wire to help determine why your modality is not talking to your PACS, or why your vendor cannot get into your network to communicate with your modality for support. Need help setting up VPN's to vendors or insurance companies? Trying to implement a secure wireless hospital network? We can assist your IT staff with implementing the latest networking technology, or if you don't have an IT person, we can act in that capacity for you.
