Digitizer MaintenanceCarestream Kodak CR-975 Computed Radiography CR DICOM

Digitizer maintenance is more than just cleaning the system. To properly calibrate and PM a digitizer requires a variety of sophisticated electronic tools and test films, along with a detailed maintenance manual and knowledge on how to perform the tests, calibrations, and to make any repairs necessary. Some vendors do what we call a "spray and pray" - they basically open the system, shoot it with canned air, clean the insides, then put it back together and pray nothing goes wrong. And oh yea, and send you a service invoice.

Experienced Digitizer Technicians

At InTelemed we have many years of experience repairing and calibrating Kodak film digitizers. We stock a complete line of spare parts and have the tools and equipment necessary to do on-site or depot level service.

Depot Service

The least expensive way to calibration and repair your digitizer is to bring it to or ship it to our office in Edmond, OK. We can send you a specially made pallet to bolt to the digitzer for shipment. There are 4 bolt holes in the bottom of the digitizer just for shipping the unit. We will also need the computer attached to the system along with the cables connecting the digitizer to the computer. We do NOT need the keyboard, mouse, monitor or power cord of the computer or digitizer.

On-Site Service

Most customers opt for on-site calibration and preventative maintenance. InTelemed can travel anywhere in the United States to perform digitizer maintenance and repair. We bring along spare parts and all the tools necessary to repair the system. Call us for a quote.
