Digital mammography CAD results are received and stored as DICOM mammography CAD structured reports (SR) objects from FDA-approved CAD systems.

• Identify densities, calcification clusters, and individual calcifications, depending upon CAD findings identified by each CAD vendor.
• CAD markers can be automatically deleted after a specified period of time or prior to archive, depending on your site’s policy.
• CAD worklist (Archive Explorer) indications are supported.
• Toggle CAD findings on and off of different vendors’ diagnostic images with a single control.
• Display CAD findings using marker and outline shapes defined by each CAD vendor.

Simplify CAD viewing and storage with MRI and US integration

Carestream PACS integrates with third-party applications like Confirma CADstream and Cedara B-CAD systems.

• One MRI image, or one or more ultrasound (US) images, may be selected.
• Third-party CAD applications are launched from the workstation tool.
• Automatic user log-in.
• Patient ID is automatically forwarded by the MRI or US CAD system.
• Processed images are viewed on color display.
• Results are stored in DICOM format and archived with other patient study data.
